Update - US Trend Follower

The US Trend Follower model portfolio has recently been updated. Changes to the model are:
Buy IVV  - Increase allocation from 7.5% to 15%
Buy IWN  - Increase allocation from 3.75% to 7.5%
Buy Cash  - Increase allocation from 62.5% to 65%
Sell IYR  - Decrease allocation from 6.25% to 0%
Sell IAU  - Decrease allocation from 15% to 7.5%
